AQUATIC THERAPY
(Offered at the Berkeley YMCA, Embarcadero YMCA, JCCSF)

Our licensed physical therapists guide patients through an aquatic strengthening and endurance program with the assistance of weights, buoyancy cuffs, resistive paddles, and other equipment.

Red Hawk physical therapists may combine the benefits of aquatic therapy with the land-based techniques in our private offices located within the JCCSF, Berkeley YMCA and the Embarcadero YMCA.
