We offer a wide range of classes for our patients to help in the healing process. These classes are designed for learning self help techniques, home exercises, and independent progression following release from former physical therapists. YOGA 

The definition of Yoga is union or ‘Yoke’—It is the union of the mind and the body. Our classes are designed for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. We currently offer classes Monday-Thursday. Please choose from the classes below to select the best time for you. Please go to www.yogatreesf.com for further information.

Mondays and Wednesdays 12:15-1:15pm (Thera. Yoga)
Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30-6:00pm (Wall Ropes)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:15am (Therapeutic Yoga)

PILATES 

Pilates incorporates Eastern and Western exercise philosophies. The focus is on developing core stability, and enhancing muscular strength while promoting flexibility. Our Pilates instructors are licensed physical therapists or have extensive rehab-based Pilates training. Exercises are taught on highly specialized equipment including: The Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair, in addition to mat techniques. We offer 30 to 60 minute private or semi-private sessions.
