Redhawk Physical Therapy - San Francisco

WELCOME TRED HAWK PHYSICAL THERAPY

San Francisco’s Leading Physical Therapy Clinic

Red Hawk Physical Therapy was my creation many years ago, and has now become the collaborative effort of many talented therapists and support staff. I want to practice physical therapy as an art and as a science in a supportive healing and warm environment.

I have been practicing Physical Therapy for more than 28 years, over half my life, and could never think of doing anything else. We strive for an easy family feel to the clinic making your appointment relaxing and not yet another stress of the day. My personal style combines varied manual techniques, soft tissue as well as spinal and peripheral joint mobilizations.

These skills combine to resolve the causative factors in pain and dysfunction. I try to get to the root of the problem and prevent further breakdown while healing the damage already done.

I have been practicing Yoga for 30 years and much of my prescriptive exercise base is from Hatha principles. If you can learn to breathe and release the soft tissue restrictions in the body, you can heal almost anything. I am proud of what we have created at Red Hawk Physical Therapy, Inc., and hope you will find what you are looking for at our clinics.

OUR GOAL

At Red Hawk Physical Therapy, Inc., we make it our business to help individuals successfully rehabilitate following injuries or surgery. Mutual goals include:

  • Regaining function

  • Repair of injured area and preventing re-injury
  • Relief of pain

For further wellness during and after your experience with Red Hawk, each patient is instructed in a customized home and/or gym exercise program. Whether the injury is sports, work or everyday-life related, we feel that patient knowledge and independence are key to long-term well being.

Our approach is holistic, hands-on and integrates education with instruction.
