Pilates incorporates Eastern and Western exercise philosophies. The focus is on developing core stability, and enhancing muscular strength while promoting flexibility. Our Pilates instructors are licensed physical therapists or have extensive rehab-based Pilates training. Exercises are taught on highly specialized equipment including: The Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair, in addition to mat techniques. We offer 30 to 60 minute private or semi-private sessions.
