Lucia Pizano graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College in Southern California in 1984. She is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with over 20 years experience in a variety of settings including orthopedics, acute care, neurological rehab, and aquatic therapy. Lucia runs the aquatic therapy programs at 3 of our Red Hawk facilities: Embarcadero YMCA, Berkeley YMCA, and the Jewish Community Center. Lucia takes a holistic approach to healing using a range of treatment techniques, but grounded in manual therapy. She is also a certified Reiki master.
