Sean’s journey into physical therapy began as a patient at Red Hawk following microfracture knee surgery in 2002. During successful knee rehabilitation, company downsizing swept through the dot-com industry and Sean lost his job as a financial analyst. Faced with “What now?” Sean worked as both a volunteer and an aide at Red Hawk while forging a new career as a physical therapist. In 2008, Sean graduated from the University of California, San Francisco with both a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Post-professionally, Sean completed the Kaiser Vallejo residency to earn certification in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. In addition, Sean has a Titleist Performance Institute www.mytpi.com certification in golf exercise conditioning and rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic, Sean finds balance through a regular Bikram yoga practice and the passionate pursuit of self-improvement on the golf course.
